We see clips from this past Sunday’s pay-per-view, Turbulence, with the various winners having their hands raised and we hear over and over again the voice of Justin Roberts saying “Here is your winner, and still… and still… and still…” emphasizing the point that Good Ol’ JR alludes to as the show begins, that every Title that was on the line at Turbulence on Sunday was successfully defended. “What an incredible night it was in Johannesburg, South Africa as all of our Champions showed just why they hold KWF Gold. But we’re back on American soil after our hugely successful World Tour, and we have, as usual, one hell of a post-PPV show for you loyal readers here tonight.” William Regal chimes in by saying he thoroughly enjoyed his trip, but says he is still feeling the effects of foreign foods, though he also concedes it was likely a ‘dodgy pasty’ from the UK leg of the Tour. JR then informs us that we can expect two more King Of The Ring qualifiers tonight after Edge announced on Sunday the ‘rebirth’ of the tournament as the next KWF pay-per-view scheduled for May 20th. “We were treated to our first two qualifiers at Turbulence, where Kofi Kingston got a big win over Rob Van Dam to advance and Alberto Del Rio defeated ‘Black Machismo’ Jay Lethal.” He says that we are also set to see the Motorcity Machine Guns in action here in their hometown of Detroit as they face The Bucks, “… and we’re going to be hearing from the Hardcore Champion Samoa Joe, but I’m just being told that we are going to kick off with our esteemed General Manager, the Rated R Superstar!”

♫You think you know me♫ «< click to play) Edge comes down to the ring to his usual standing cheers. He has a big smile on his face, and once he gets on the mic he explains why. “I was looking out at the ring and across the crowd from my skybox on Sunday, and I admit, I started to well up. I looked at it all and thought ‘Wow, we did this, all of this, from scratch.’ The KWF was making such a huge event possible in South Africa, and we had thousands of fans from halfway across the world getting to see their heroes up close, and they were going just as crazy as you guys do here in the US.” Edge says that he’s been in control of KWF Blogs for almost a month and he says that he’s having the time of his life. However, with great power comes great responsibility and so Edge had the responsibility of making sure that KWF’s recent World Tour was a great success – and it was. He relays how we went to the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Egypt and South Africa. The wrestler’s had the chance to see fans and make new friends everywhere they went and Edge wants to thank wrestling fans everywhere for cheering, sharing and helping expand the KWF product. He then moves on and says he didn’t want to start tonight’s show by coming out to the ring, but that he has a couple of important announcements. “But to repay you guys for your patience, how about a good old fashioned ‘five second pose’, for the benefit of those with flash photography of course.” The fans cheer loud as he pulls a retro ‘five second pose.’ Thousands of pictures are taken as he ends it and gets back into his authoritative GM stance. The fans cheekily chant ‘Thank you Edge!’ He smiles before moving on to his first point of order. Edge says that the rollercoaster up to and after WrestleMania has been one hell of a ride, but now it’s down to business and he says that he wants to open the door for all the superstars and other KWF employees who were fired or quit during the Hulk Hogan/Ric Flair era. Edge says that many great names left and many were told to go home. Edge says that if anyone wants to come back then all they have to do is give him a call. Edge goes on to talk up the King Of The Ring tournament. He announces that KOTR will be held on Sunday May 20th in the place where it made its name. Edge says that it will be held in Providence, Rhode Island’s Dunkin’ Donuts Center, an arena where the KOTR tournament has been held many times in its illustrious history. He also says that it will be because of that tradition that KWF fans will be treated to Championship Title matches on the road to KOTR. “We can’t possibly fill out a pay-per-view with a whole seven match tournament and six Title matches, and so the only Title that will be on the line at the pay-per-view will be the KWF World Heavyweight Championship. But never fear, every other KWF Belt will be defended right here on Wednesday Night Turmoil in the weeks leading up to King Of The Ring, and that will begin tonight!” Edge also says: “Oh and by the way, my second announcement… Sting is in the building!” The fans scream as Edge goes to leave straight away, but stops himself. “Oh actually, there is one more thing. I mentioned earlier how former KWF superstars were welcome back under my watch, well I actually went out recently and I re-signed a guy, someone that may raise a few eyebrows. In fact, let’s get him out here right now.” Edge waits, as do the fans, and eventually we hear a familiar theme play. It’s the return of EY, Eric Young! EY with a new beard that he must’ve been growing since his time out, he enters out to the stage with a smile on his face, looks at Edge, and makes his way to the ring. JR: “Eric Young, well that is a surprise. For those of you new to the KWF, Young was the controversial leader of the now defunct World Elite faction, who hated everything American. They were challenged, ironically, by a Canadian in Edge, and his Thundercat faction. Edge and Young were in quite a fierce rivalry, until EY was usurped by Wade Barrett and banished from the World Elite and the KWF. But he’s back, and Edge has re-signed him.” Young stands opposite Edge in the ring. The GM offers his hand, and after a little teasing, EY shakes it with a big smile on his face. Edge: “Bet that’s a picture you never thought you’d see huh?” Edge explains that he was approached by Young about coming back, and says that after a lot of discussion, they agreed to let bygones be bygones, and EY promises that his xenophobic views went out the window when he realized British guys were the real ones not to trust. Regal: “Damn right.” Edge: “And it’s interesting I mention Brits, and the old World Elite/Thundercat rivalry, because Eric, I am going to offer you a further olive branch right here tonight. I am going to give you a chance to show these people what you’re made of by entering you in a preliminary round qualifier for the King Of The Ring tournament!” There’s a pause as the fans cheer and Young begins to remove his jacket. Edge: “Are you ready, are you good to go?” Young nods excitedly as Edge exits the ring and tells young to “hang tight” while he goes to fetch his opponent. JR and Regal talk-up Young’s return and wonder who his opponent is going to be as we fade to commercials.

When we return EY is down to his trunks in preparation for this impromptu KOTR qualifier. Justin Roberts is handed a note and he announces: “And his opponent…” ♫Panther’s music♫ «< click to play) hits and the comms talk up what an explosive start we’ve got to Turmoil. It’s the returning EY versus former Thundercat member, and Brit, Panther, and it’s Live right here on Wednesday Night Turmoil!

Eric Young vs. Panther – Preliminary KOTR Qualifying match

The match begins with the comms talking about Edge’s ‘bygones be bygones’ line and then putting the former World Elite leader against a former Thundercat. JR says that Edge is just trying to be funny. Regal says that Edge’s being crafty and that a KOTR opportunity is no laughing matter. Young doesn’t seem to mind though as he also offers his hand to Panther, who shakes it. They tie up and Young gets the better of the opening exchanges. He works Panther over in the corner, putting the boot in before Irish whipping him to the other side. He follows up to hit a clothesline, but Panther uses his quick reactions to move and come off the ropes to nail a DDT. He then waits for Young to get up, as the anticipation of the fans builds. EY rises and runs toward Panther, heading straight into a drop-toe hold (Trip Ya!), followed by a snapmare (Flip Ya!) and a boot to the back (Kick Ya!) Young cries out in pain as Panther raises his arm to the cheering fans. Regal: “I cannot believe how over that sequence of moves is with these fans. It’s utterly ridiculous.” JR says it’s the Black Cat using his charisma to get the fans on his side, and that it can be a difference maker, but it doesn’t seem to be helping too much as Young gets the momentum back with a reversal into a pendulum backbreaker. He signals for, and goes for his signature Piledriver. However, Panther clips his heels together to crush EY’s head and get free. Regal: “I call that the ‘Dorothy’ reversal, haha. There’s no place like home.” EY is dazed, and Panther floors him with a leg sweep, before leaping over and clutching him in the Muta Lock submission. Young tries to get free, but seems like he might tap. He manages to move closer to the ropes though, and then grabs it to break the hold. Panther gets up and straight away is clamped in a sleeper hold. EY has the hold on and Panther struggles, seemingly fading after a while. However, he innovatively gets free with a Cutter! He heads out to the apron and climbs to the top rope. As Young gets up Panther flies off and nails an absolutely devastating Sword of Omens Clothesline! Young actually flips over such is the impact, as Panther hooks the leg and gets the Three-count.

Panther has his hand raised as his music blares out. He celebrates for a few moments, before going over to help Young to his feet. EY looks very dizzy and not quite with it. Panther tells the ref to call down a medic. Young looks possibly concussed, as a medic shines a light in his eye. Panther leaves the medic to it, as do we as we fade out.

The Keystone Wrestling Federation flew high and wide across the globe to take KWF Blogs to each and every pocket of Pro Wrestling fans worldwide. This past Sunday we saw our Turbulence pay-per-view light up Johannesburg, South Africa and it was a night where five of the six KWF Championships were defended successfully. We witnessed a fiery contest between Intercontinental Champion Randy Orton and former Champion Matt Morgan. AJ Lee managed to retain the Women’s Title in a straight-up one on one contest against Angelina Love. Justin Gabriel performed to his highest ability in attempts to take the X-Division Championship off Daniel Bryan. We were granted the announcement of King Of The Ring and two impromptu matches were added to the pay-per-view. In the main event the Phenomenal AJ Styles had to withstand the challenge of Mr. Ken Anderson and The Doctor of Thuganomics John Cena in a memorable Triple Threat match for the KWF World Heavyweight Championship. We see a camera focus on a pair of rear ends. As the camera zooms out we see that we are following Angelina Love and Velvet Sky, the Beautiful People and they seem in a hurry as they burst into the skybox of General Manager Edge. Edge stands up and so does Madison Rayne from a couch and the GM comes between the chicks when Angelina and Velvet come hurtling toward Madison. Edge tells The BP to back up, but they moan and scream as they ask what the hell Madison thought she was doing when costing Angelina Love the Women’s Title at Turbulence. Madison says that she was trying to keep things fair, stating that Edge didn’t want any outside interference or any down right cheating. Angelina and Velvet don’t buy it and they scream at Madison, telling her that she didn’t want The BP to win because she could never make it as a Beautiful Person. Madison begins yelling and screaming and Edge finally yells “Shut up, shut up, shut up!” He says that he’s heard enough and that seeing as Titles have to be defended before King Of The Ring he can’t think of anything better than having a Women’s Title match right here tonight. Edge tells Angelina and Velvet that The Beautiful People will have one last chance at gaining the Chick’s Title – when Velvet Sky takes on AJ Lee. Edge tells The BP that the match is strictly one-on-one again so Angelina better stay away from ringside. Angelina is shocked that she’s not the one getting the match. Velvet seems happy and the two then leave.

Motorcity Machine Guns vs. The Bucks

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin receive a huge ovation as the hometown team take on Max and Jeremy Buck. William Regal says he’s heard rumors that The Bucks haven’t been overly respectful backstage and that Edge may well be considering the termination of their KWF contracts. JR says that he’s heard the rumors too, but gives The Bucks the benefit of the doubt, saying that they’re just young and hungry, “like kids in a playground, they want to play, i.e. wrestle. Their disturbance of the locker room is probably a cry out for attention.” The Bucks do well to get attention here tonight as their backstage attitude is highlighted in this match, Max Buck showing no respect at all as he chokes Chris Sabin in the corner. The Bucks tags back and forth. They don’t speed up the match as they normally do and they make fun of Shelley and Sabin after dumping both the Guns to ringside. A pocket of the fans boo as William Regal says that he’s liking this side to The Bucks, but JR says that doing this kind of thing under The Guns’ roof is probably not a good idea. JR is proved right as Max and Jeremy run to dive through the ropes, but The Guns move and all The Bucks eat is barricade. Shelley and Sabin go on to put on a spectacle from here and really show Max and Jeremy how it’s done. They counter faster, fly higher and complete moves to the fullest extent and The Bucks don’t know whether they’re in Des Moines or Detroit. The Guns have the fans amped up and we watch as Sabin nails a hesitation dropkick. The illegal Max comes in to attack, but Shelley blind-tags himself in and he conquers Max to ringside. Sabin takes Jeremy down to the canvas with a devastating spike DDT. Shelley climbs to the top turnbuckle and yells at Sabin to initiate a double team. Sabin first runs to boot Max back from off the apron. He then grabs Jeremy back to his feet, turns him into position for a neckbreaker and Shelley leaps from off the top rope for a splash to coincide with the neckbreaker, the Skulls and Bones double-team Guns finisher! That proves enough to cover, to hook the leg and The Joe goes wild as the Motorcity Machine Guns get the ‘One!’ ‘Two!’ ‘Three!’

Detroit is on its collective feet applauding The Guns and we watch as Shelley and Sabin celebrate. We see a shot of Edge watching from his skybox and Max and Jeremy leave upset at this most emphatic loss.

Backstage we’re with KWF interviewer Jeremy Borash and he’s standing by with KWF Hardcore Champion Samoa Joe. Borash reminds us that Joe defended his Hardcore Title last week against The Miz here on Turmoil. Joe says that The Miz was well out of his depth and now Mick Foley and Edge have to find Joe another victim on this rundown to King Of The Ring. Joe: “I’m ready for anyone and this Title is going to remain mine!” Joe says that he’s ready for a fight 24/7 so whoever has the balls to step up, they better think twice because they may not be able to get up to walk again the next day. “I am the Samoan Submission Machine, the Nation of Violence, no one can beat me! No one!” As JB wraps up, JR and Regal voice over and vouch for how dominant Joe was last week. Regal says that Joe may as well retire the Hardcore Title because no one will beat him in the mood and form he’s in. Regal: “Samoa Joe came out of WrestleMania still the Hardcore Champion after defeating Mark Henry and Rob Van Dam. It’s going to take a mammoth effort or a mistake from Joe to beat him now. He’s brimming with confidence and for a Champion that can beat you in so many ways, I don’t know who’s going to step up to the plate.” JR: “Oh he’s certainly the most dominant Hardcore Champion perhaps that Pro Wrestling has ever seen. I do think somebody will challenge though, the competition is vast here in the KWF and somebody will give Joe a run for his money.”

We head back to ringside where Justin Roberts is standing by. “Ladies and gentlemen, this next bout is a King Of The Ring qualifying match!” ♫Woo Woo Woo, You Know It!♫ «< click to play). The fans give Zack Ryder a great reception as Long Island Iced Z makes his excited way to the ring. JR: “It’s great to see young superstars like this being given a chance to shine by Edge. King Zack, I like the sound of that William.” Regal: “Then you need help my friend.” Roberts: “And his opponent…” ♫Somebody’s gon’ get their ass kicked. Somebody’s gon’ get their wig split.♫ «< click to play).

Zack Ryder vs. Mark Henry – Preliminary KOTR Qualifying match

Ryder doesn’t look quite as excited as he did a few moments ago as the Silverback Mark Henry stands across from him looking as menacing as always. We appear to see Ryder visibly gulp as well, as Henry steps slowly towards him. Ryder’s not sure what to do, so decides to go balls out and lays into Henry with rights. This stuns the World’s Strongest Man initially, but eventually leads to a big clothesline. Henry has asserted an early authority here, and he toys with Zack. He hits a bodyslam, before beating his chest and roaring angrily at the crowd. They boo back as he continues to dominate. Henry throws Ryder into the corner and follows up to squash him, before nailing a belly to belly suplex. He covers and this could be it, but Ryder kicks out. Regal: “The boy’s stupid, take the loss and live to see tomorrow. Mark Henry will kill you Zack.” JR: “Aww I can’t argue and it looks like Henry is headed to King of the Ring here. What a devastating King he’d make.” Regal: “He’d even give Queen Victoria a run for her money, and she could brawl with the best of them.” Henry is acting cocky as he seems to have assured himself of victory. However, as he picks Ryder up for another slam, the Long Island native slips free, before nailing Henry with rights, then coming off the ropes and hitting a clothesline, then another, then he finally takes Henry down with a Rough Ryder! He goes for the pin and gets One, “Oh my God” says Regal, gets Two, and… no! Henry powers out, pushing Ryder across the ring. Zack doesn’t give up though and he’s relentless, getting on Henry and forcing him into the corner, getting him down with punch after punch. He backs up and measures Henry, before hitting a facewash. He knows what to do now, as he backs up to measure for yet another Rough Ryder. JR: “A second one might just do it!” Henry gets up and Ryder goes for it, but he gets caught and *BAM!* World’s Strongest Slam! Henry pins and gets the academic One! Two! Three!

Henry refuses to have his hand raised. He just beats his chest again before exiting out the ring. He stares into one of the cameras and says “Y’all are lookin’ at King Henry the ninth!” before leaving. William says “It would be King Mark actually, but I’m not going to be the one who corrects him to his face.” JR: “Mark Henry was dominant right here. His reign as a Hardcore competitor is over, but now he’s looking to take the KWF Throne. By May 20^th we might all be bowing down to King Mark.”

Some very royal music plays as we are shown a video chronicling the history of the prestigious King Of The Ring tournament. From the very first in 1985 won by Don Muraco as he beat the Iron Sheik in the final, along with other winners such as Harley Race, Randy Savage, Ted DiBiase, Tito Santana, Bret Hart, Owen Hart, Stone Cold, Triple H, Kurt Angle, Brock Lesnar, Booker T, William Regal, and of course our very own General Manager Edge. From this the video cuts into a montage showcasing some of the great talent of the KWF today, as the music changes drastically to ♫‘King of the Stereo’ by Saliva♫ «< click to play). We see fast paced, high flying and crowd pleasing action from the likes of Kofi Kingston, Panther, Alberto Del Rio, AJ Styles and more. We will be treated to seven matches in one night from the King Of The Ring tournament, while the main event will see The Phenomenal AJ Styles defend his KWF World Championship. AJ Lee vs. Velvet Sky – KWF Women’s Championship

The bell rings and we are set for our first Championship match on our way to King Of The Ring. JR talks up how great it’s going to be to see a Title match every week on Turmoil up until King Of The Ring. Regal: “Edge has had to make this ruling because of the 30-day Title defense rule in the KWF. I can’t argue, a Title match every week is mouthwatering and so are these fine ladies.” Velvet Sky is tenacious as she tries to take it to AJ. AJ matches her for almost every move and she counters an attempted DDT to acrobatically perform The Octopus submission on Velvet. The fans are in full voice behind the Women’s Champion and Velvet almost looks in tears as Lee torques on the move. Velvet struggles and eventually gets to the ropes. She gets up, but AJ clutches her into a Small Package and that gets One, Two – a kick-out and Velvet comes back with a yank of Lee’s hair. The referee pulls her off and AJ then manages to counter with a headscissors and Velvet screams out as she’s flung through the ropes down to ringside. The crowd cheer as Lee touches her head, saying ‘ouch’ to Velvet’s illegal hairpull. Lee climbs the turnbuckles now and she measures as Velvet gets up and AJ flies down to ringside and like an arrow she cross bodies Sky to the floor! The crowd go wild and the comms review replays. Regal: “If ever there was a missile-like cross body maneuver, that was it. That was very impressive, but highly unnecessary. Come on Velvet!” JR: “AJ has proven to be an outstanding Women’s Champion and she’s showing exactly how athletic and agile she is right here.” Regal: “There’s no doubting the little firecracker has made a name for herself, but I don’t like this whole rule of no further Beautiful People being allowed at ringside.” JR and Regal discuss The Beautiful People’s dominance of KWF Blogs and how after a year and a half in control, AJ finally put a screeching halt to their reign at the top at KWF WrestleMania. Regal: “Kaitlyn had a hand in that too Jim. It was The Beautiful People against The Chickbusters and it was the fan favorites that came out on top. I hate it when the good guys win.” We watch as the contest goes back and forth at ringside, but back in the ring is where it counts and Velvet receives a round of boo’s as she yanks AJ by the hair once more, planting her down with a backbreaker. She covers for Two and then shows off her own submission technique as she positions Lee in a bow and arrow-like hold. The crowd boo as Velvet adds to the tension by illegally pulling at AJ’s hair yet again. The referee doesn’t see it at first, but when he does he demands that Velvet release the hold and she does with full protest. The Beautiful Person tries to maintain control here as the comms discuss how Angelina Love didn’t see a Title shot for Sky coming. JR: “There was a look of jealousy up in the skybox from Angelina earlier.” Regal: “Yes Jim, but let’s not make too much of it. Angelina and Velvet have both held the Women’s Title during The Beautiful People’s reign of supremacy. They stuck together through it and I’m sure they’ll stick together after tonight.” We watch as the exhausted Women’s Champion tries to get a foothold back into this match. Velvet sets for her finisher and AJ counters with a Schoolgirl Roll-up of Doom – One! Two! But ohh, Velvet kicks out. Regal: “Damn that bloody move.” Velvet gets up and swings a clothesline but AJ latches onto it and lifts herself to counter and it’s another Octopus! The crowd chant and cheer her on as Velvet has nowhere to go this time and she’s forced to tap out.

♫AJ’s music hits♫ «< click to play) and we watch as the referee raises her hand in victory. Before Lee can take a breath though, Angelina Love comes sprinting down the ramp. She gets into the ring and blindsides AJ, tackling her to the canvas and punching her in the mush. Velvet gets up and puts in her cheap kicks. We hear The BP converse and Velvet suggests the paper bag treatment for Lee. However, the audience let out a cheer as Kaitlyn comes down the ramp. She gets into the ring and The Beautiful People scram out of there. Kaitlyn taunts them, daring them to come back in. Love wants a piece of her, but Velvet advises her to stay back. We then see Madison Rayne also at the foot of the ramp and she tells The Beautiful People to back off. Kaitlyn helps her Chickbuster bestie to her feet and both sets of chicks wonder what Madison’s even doing there. AJ hugs Kaitlyn, thanking her for the save. We fade into the final commercial break of the evening.

We’re back Live as the audience murmur and there’s a silence from the commentators. ♫Music hits♫ «< click to play) and it’s Sting! The Icon Sting has returned, making his first appearance since KWF WrestleMania. Sting receives an overwhelming ovation and he thanks the fans on mic after getting in the ring. They chant his name and he often has to pause to allow the fans to scream. Sting says that a lot has happened in the Keystone Wrestling Federation over the past two and a half years. He reminds us of how he’s been the World Champion, he’s rivaled Shawn Michaels and he’s won control of this company to hand it back to the Board and have them appoint the Rated R SuperStar Edge as the KWF General Manager. Sting says that he’s pleased with the fact that Edge is in charge, but like with Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair, Sting says he’ll be the one keeping an eye on the GM to make sure that KWF stays at its high standard for no one other than the fans. Sting says that it’s nothing personal against Edge and that he won’t be in his pocket to challenge every decision. “However, if anything goes array or if the KWF gets out of control, you will have to answer to me.” The crowd cheer as Sting looks as if he’s about to put the mic down. We expect his music to hit, but instead we hear ♫the music of Stone Cold Steve Austin!♫ «< click to play). JR goes berserk on commentary as Regal asks what the hell Austin is doing here. The Rattlesnake marches down to the KWF squared circle and the fans in Detroit can’t believe what a treat they’re witnessing. Stone Cold completes his four corner salute to the fans and soon we have The Icon Sting and Austin 3:16 in the ring at the same time. JR: “These are the two men who saved the KWF from utter turmoil. If Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair retained control of the company then Sting and Austin would’ve certainly been the next out the door. Edge is in charge thanks to these two men and by God, the door is open for any and every wrestler to be a superstar here on KWF Blogs.” Stone Cold grabs a mic and he and Sting seem to be on talking terms. Regal reminds us that they barely got along on the way to WrestleMania and even during the event they almost came to blows. Austin says that he wasn’t aware that Sting would be back the week right after Turbulence. “Edge gave us a whole month off after Mania and like you, I thought I’d make my return tonight in Detroit. The thing is Stinger, I don’t buy this whole thing about keeping an eye on Edge, I don’t buy that you’ll do it right or that you’ll do it well because of what happened last time when you were supposed to keep an eye on the Nature Boy Ric Flair.” The audience react as Sting says: “So we’re back to that? That’s all you’re here for, to argue?” Austin: “Did I say I was finished?” Austin goes on to explain that Sting is not the ‘be all end all authority’ here on KWF Blogs and neither is Stone Cold. “Because when it comes down to it, you aren’t the General Manager and neither am I. The Board appointed Edge and you and I both know what we’ve been through for Edge to take charge of this place. With that said, you and I are part of the old guard so we feel that we owe it to the fans to make sure they get the best possible show. But Sting, I’m not working with anyone anymore, especially not with you.
